看了後半的樣子 老實說這個所謂veg food其實只是沒有meat 各種butter cheese啊 依然是很膩很重口味的樣子 只能說這不該叫veg應該叫more veg each meal吧 明珠台太搞笑了 “And that’s all we have to say goodbye to Mr. Oliver because that was the last episode” LOL笑死了哈哈哈哈哈

每个菜需要的素菜种类好多啊，只能说素菜也有很多做法了，可是并不是低油低糖的，反而为了要味道进去各种的料
作为一个弹性素，觉得只要 5 种以上蔬菜味道融合就会非常好吃。只是我日常不做高温食物，水煮一切；尽量吃完整、原型食物，低碳水低油盐糖，但也是非常很喜欢香料。他这季素菜灵感还真不错，加上了采风的各国旅游片段值得多给 1 星。但中翻就有问题，既然他用了蛋奶，那么就是 vegetarian，不是“全素”。https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1oa4y1e7Fy
